Personally I have really enjoyed playing a team this year, the standard of the Barrow and District this year has been the best I have played in. Looking at the league table I think proves this bar Millom the rest of the teams are all with in a couple of points of each other. There has been a good mixture of youth and more experienced player in all the teams just how the a team league should be. Long may in continue.

Another tough game for us this week Millom away (think it's the 5th time this year) in the cumbria shield. I'm looking forward to playing on there new pitch and hopefully a win.

i agree with you i havnt played A team in a few years and have played a few games this year against yourselves, b.island and millom and have enjoyed it. Competative rugby and good to see lots of young lads coming through and a few older heads showing them the way.
