Sad news that Peter Wilson has passed away .
A true gent and will be greatly missed by many

It was a pleasure to has known Peter been on many a good trip home and abroad always liked his company, my thoughts are with Chris, Darren,Richard and Lisa, be strong i'm sure he's with Emily now looking down on you, R.I.P Peter.

RIP Peter you were a true gentleman and I know you will be missed by many..hope there is a minute of the horn sounding at the next home game.

We were really sorry to hear of Peters passing. he was a lovely man,and he will be missed by many.

It was pleasing that there the minutes silence for Peter was done with real dignity.

 

Thanks to the Leigh fans and players who also showed full respect.

I noticed that the one minutes silence started and ended with the timekeeper hooter and not the usual way of the referees whistle, a touching moment, well done Barrow Rugby, RIP Peter.

Peter was a good man who was a true gentleman and I was honoured to have known him. It has been a sad day in Barrow Rugby's history.

My condolences and those of the Eagles Supporters Club which he was instrumental in helping us form.
