sax-yes but guest players or multi instrumentalists only

organ: yes but preferably hammond

piano-fender rhodes/wurlitzer or battered upright

front man/woman yes as long as it's not the appalling Liaam gallagher or Jon Anderson,

And banjos. And synthesizers. (an intriguing mix, but one of my favourite current bands, Public Service Broadcasting manage to pull it off).

The definition of a gentleman is the sort of man who knows how to play the bagpipes, but doesn't.

Renoized. This band really rocks, using synthesiser and electronic drum kit. They played the Black Swan last night and were very very good .... Sisters of Mercy meets the Human League.
