Trinity have the superior pack, Leeds have a devastating back line. Many of Leeds' scores against Trinity in the last few games have originated within their own twenty. I think it will be much the same again. Although Leeds will be favourites I dont think Wakefield will get a better chance to win at Headingley. Hopefully it will be a close hard fought game with the rematch next week.

32-28 Leeds.

Trinity usually raise their game against Leeds.Leeds have Kylie and Delaney back.I think home advantage leeds by 10

but you and I weve been through that and this is not our fate.
So let us so let us not talk falsely now.

We can win this, just!!! Sinfield could be back for Leeds though which could prove pivitol...Hope we perform better than we did against Widnes and compete at Headingley for 80 mins..

Trinity's lack of pace generally results in the Leeds backs running scores in from all over the pitch.  No reason for this trip to Headingly to be any different so we need to repeat that performance from last season that ended up about 98-96 to Leeds only this time we get the 98.

Wakefield looked to be heading for a tame defeat until a blatant wrong call by Bentham (ball steal on Fox given as knock-on) fired up the Wildcats.  Only shocking ball security in the last few minutes from 1st Amor then Cockayne let Leeds off the hook.

Can't wait to see a re-run of Lee Smith's last short kick-off and take by Cockayne.  Fantastic stuff.

Great game watched by a big crowd with an excellent following from Wakefield.

Thought it was a really poor game with Leeds offering up possession at every opportunity and wakey just giving it them straight back.

Yeah, really bad game. Leeds looked clueless 1st half and with the amount of possession we had, should have had more points on the board. Second half just became a mess. Both teams were poor and never really offered much.

The crowd was good though.

Why was it so big? Well, it's our 1st home game in a month against a team with a good following this year who happen to join onto our city... And Leeds v Wakey has been attracting 16-19k for a few years now too.

Add the 400 junior dancers doing their display (plus parents), 8 games worth of mini-mod (plus parents), two Navy origin teams and all that went with it, navy guard of honour etc and theres another 500 in the stands (if not in the till)

Fantastic community effort from Leeds Rhinos
