Other stuff - Jack Briscoe out for rest of season, did actually break a bone and do

ligament damage, but he has been released by Hull - would love to see him down

here full time next year, but will be a lot of interest from elsewhere no doubt

As taken from Press today http://www.yorkpress...ant_his_return/

Looks like they need something given their 6 losses on the bounce lately. Definitly a duck in the hedge somewhere !!

Long gone have the days of players staying for more than a season or two, still it'll be interesting to see who the club signs as a replacement

He hasn't. Batley haven't even spoken to him. Lets just say his agent's been busy.

Two good solid players there. Stencion has a wicked tackle technique -imagine him, brining and aldous hitting the same man together.!!

Can one of the cleverer people start one of those "stickey" things for the 2014 squad?

Is that a definate? Read yesterday both had been offered contracts along with Aaron Lyons,

but sounded like it nothing had been signed & sealed...

Possibly only a one-off but this weekend:

North Wales, South Wales, Oldham, Rochdale all at home - total crowds 2448

Batley, Hunslet, Swinton, Haven all at home - total crowds 2059

And if York had been amongst the Ch1 teams and challenging at the top you could add another 1000 to that easy.
