Right, now I have no idea about any of this but I'm told that one of the characters in Corrie has just been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

 

Now, the charity I work for does a lot of work in this area by funding research & supporting patients through information.  It is likely that at some point today a trustee is going to ask me to 'do something' that connects us with Corrie.

 

So, for the hard of understanding like me, what's going on, who has pancreatic cancer etc etc
