NHS Direct looking to pull out of service provision.

A great way to pass on the contracts to someone else:  (paraphrased) The contracts are abysmal, they make no money even with half of the staff needed and eventually someone will sue for millions and win easily, please take the contracts from us!

Arguing with the forum trolls is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good you are, the bird will **** on the board and strut around like it won anyway

You don't know who to blame with much denial going on! Reading between the lines, it does seem to be in a mess.
