Hot on the heels of Ben Black's signing for the club, the Bulldogs are pleased to announce that Miles Greenwood will also be staying at the LoveRugbyLeague.com Stadium in 2014.

Full-back Greenwood, 26, has been a revelation for the club this season following his move last year from Co-operative Championship 1 side Oldham Roughyeds.

A product of Oldham St Annes, Greenwood was on the books of St Helens, Widnes and Leigh before enjoying a successful four-year spell at the Shay with Halifax. A stylish and skilful full-back with strong pace, Miles has been a great addition to the squad, and his recapture for next term is a huge boost to the club's recruitment campaign.

Another great piece of business for the club. A Halifax supporter I know still can't believe they got rid of him. He has been excellent this year.

Happy with this and last night's announcement too. Two excellent Champinship level players. Doesn't take alot to elicit some positivity does it.

Yes Nick, I've been saying for about 3 weeks we needed news to give the fans some encouragement. Hopefully those who are leaving will see the positivity of those who aren't, and perhaps pick up their performances from here on in. And the next one is.....

Another player on my retain list although johnson and potts will take some replacing.
If craven across the valley is tired of morros mates selection policy then I'm sure he could compliment our full back region

The most unfashionable yet over achieving mutts around
