Sams a real nice lad, exactly as you see on the TV, but he is off to Auckland next season.

I still maintain he changed for the better after Exiles-gate. Yes, the reaction was over the top at Headingley, however that was at his peak for shirt holding, arm trapping and rolling onto opponents in order to win penalties, and with sky as it is people see that and remember that, he gained a reputation (in the similar way Ryan Bailey has), now that's gone he's flourished and matured into the exceptional player we see today.

I would imagine as part of the deal with Sky ,he'll have had a lot of media training,maybe that explains the change after Exiles-gate and the Wembley two fingered salute.


Once you have tasted excellence,you cannot go back to mediocrity.

Totally different to down under, his deal with nz warriors agreed in principle just waiting for Wigan to announce it. Possible Kevin Locke release.

Most top sports stars are arrogant, it is what gives them the psychological edge. Bradley Wiggins is a good example.
