its haven fans who say miller is signing for you next season, although from his twitter he quite clearly states hes got at least another season with town.

Whitehaven team next year according to a reliable Haven source.

Brett Carter
Elliot Miller
Jesse Joe Parker
Liam Harrison
Craig Calvert
Callum Phillips
Liam Campbell
Ewan Dowes
Nathan Mossop
Andrew Dawson
Brett Phillips
Jarrod Stack
Peter Lupton

I'm being a tad sarcastic yes, but Haven fans have linked themselves with the majority of that side.

Too many locals in there for Haven!!! And Haven fans wouldn't have any Town players as they aren't good enough!!

I better say I'm just joking of H4E will be along to slap my wrists again.

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

It's ok all these players allegedly signing for haven but what happens when they go bust half way through the season and can't pay their wages? They'd be better off sticking to where they know they'll get paid rather.

Me nephew plays for kells first team his only 18 and supposed to be very good had a stint with salford academy last year but says he wouldn,t sign for town or haven coz he wouldn,t get in the first teams right away i think most have the same attitude would rather go on BARLA tours when their young we need a joint west cumbria reserve team i reckon and when theirs no games let the young uns go back to their amateur clubs
