Folly Lane ARLFC are holding a Junior Rugby Festival this coming Saturday 10th at Blue Ribbon playing fields off Hilton Square, Pendlebury.

Various age-group teams from about 12 clubs will be there with junior matches taking place 11:00am until 1:30pm and then some senior/veteran/invited guests matches at about 2pm.

Entertainment such as mini Olympics, bouncy castle/slide, face painting, BBQ, refreshments and lots more fun things to do.

The two new U7’s teams at Folly starting in September will be known as the Lions and the Crusaders following on from the Supporters' Trust’s sponsorship.

So please spread the word and come along....... the more the merrier and …..ssssshhh….the forecast is looking decent!

....and if you know of any boy or girl who fancies putting their first foot on the ladder of the greatest game on the planet then bring them along to see what all the fun is about....coaches from all age-groups will be on hand to chat about having a go and coming along to some training. :bye:

Of course not. The more people that come along and support grass-roots development of our local team the better.
