The roadsigns that says "Historic Coventry"

That sign on the A1 that says "Earth Centre". I've checked the maps and they're way off. :P

I think the sign refers to the centre of the surface of the earth, rather than the actual centre of the globe.  :tongue:

A company in Huddersfield used to sponsor the Kirklees Council Street Map book. Their advert on the back page had a geographic globe tilted so that Huddersfield was as at  the centre of the world.

I did't realise that the flat earthers of Lancashire had embraced the concept of the eath being a globe.

 

Obviously, we all know that Yorkshire isn't at the centre of the world; that was just a bit of a joke for the advert.

 

It is, of course, at the centre of the universe.

Dialing on a mobile, I have never seen a mobile with a dial, surely you should be buttoning.
