250 games for us. A really great achievement in this day and age.

Unlucky not to score in the second half and virtually stood next to the try scorer on the last few tries almost begging for a pass

Been a great player for the club during both his spells with us. Obviously slowed down over the last few seasons due to age and infrequent appearances, but showed some glimpses of class today that suggest he's an important role to play for us at the back end of this campaign.

Still our best centre imo. He runs straight, times his runs and knows how to pass. Unlucky twice yesterday not to score.

On recent performances I would have to agree with you.

Does anyone remember the game against Hull KR in 2002,when Danny and his winger Williamson destroyed the opposition?

The HKR fans applauded him on two occasions.

I thought he had a good game along side Davies. They certainly caused Barrow's LHS some problem. Unlucky not to score but well done for 250 and not out for Batley. It must be harder for a Championship player to get 250 games. Well done DM

Danny is simply another one of the modern day batley stalwarts we have had the pleasure of watching develop in a gallant youths strip.
his arrival from wigan via wardys persuasion was a lucky one as im sure any side out of super league would of benifited from his services. His move to feath and dewsbury seemingly hurt the lad as much as it hurt us on the terraces.
all is forgiven, cheers mauno

Never quite took off at fev, but he was every bit as popular at the Rams as he is with you - still is in fact. Top bloke.

Hope he considers not retiring this time, JK might need him for 1 last push as we look short now at centre.
