First of all hope young Grant Gore is not to badly injured could have done with him this Sunday , and secondly well done Widnes on beating the Wolves, counted 6 lads tonight that have played in the blue and white for Town, certainty quietened that noisy lot up.

Great win for Widnes especially when down to 12 men.
They have a couple of gems in Mellor & Handbury. We will just have to wait and see what form the dual reg takes next year to see how our link up develops.
The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

What a win that was, great to see a pack full of lads who have DR`d with us do so well. It would be interesting to know if Betts feels them getting game time with us helped at all.

I think the dual has helped Widnes and I believe Declan Hulme is doing ok?If so I like to see him get a chance next year.I think Tom Gilmore would be a good one for Workington and he is better than Craven.
