Was watching season 92/93 & 93/94 tries the other night. Hepi was awesome at times, also how good were we. Mulls try at Whitehaven was special

I tweeted Tyla Hepi and asked how the old man had played. He replied," 3 or 4 head shots, he loved it".

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

I think they played together the first game of season, a massive achievement though to be playing in the same team as your son.

Ha ha what a legend!!
I can still remember him at DP milking the crowd when we came back from McLaren field with the trophy. HEPI HEPI HEPI!!! I hope his son has inherited some of the old mans qualities.
The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!
