Yesterday academy game was cancelled because posts fell over.

Must be all the seismic activity from the massive amount of building work going on that shook them loose.

My dad told me a story once about a Rovers player running into the posts and breaking them, think it might have been Willis Fawley, not sure though. Sadly I can't ask him now.

Yes, Willis knocked the cross bar off when he ran into posts. Think we were playing Swinton.

Arnie Morgan did it at either Huddersfield or Swinton cannot for life at me remember which one

It happened at Doncaster v York in 2003 at Belle Vue too. The PA announcer asked over the tannoy if there was a joiner in the crowd!

There was definitely one in the crowd when we beat Cas last year. Well almost.
