Just thought I'd put this question up as a poll.

It's multiple choice and votes are public

The games I "worry" about are the quarter finals. We don't have enough quality to have a last 8 and the venues have too little time to sell them. The 08 approach was better.

Inclined to agree. Having one at Warrington, Wrexham and Wigan means you will be targeting fans from a similar area. I'd have preferred a game in London, Wales, Yorkshire and Lancs if they were sticking to the 4 quarters, but I also liked the '08 format.

I expect England, NZ and Australia to win three lop-sided quarters and then a great 4th quarter between 2 even teams.

I would have preferred Wrexham to be the one later in the day as it's the least accessible. As it is, I'm going to both and will probably stay overnight somewhere nearby

we've only got tickets for Eng V Irl @ Hudds - I can't log it as you have to 'vote' in both sections

If anyone wants to donate tickets for the final, I'll gladly register in both sections ;)

Didn't realise that!

EDIT: Poll now edited with an option for "none of the finals". Can't add a similar option to the group stages or put it all as 1 question as there is a limit of 20 options

Just so you can understand the cost of watching RL from the other side of the Country

Match Tickets                               -   £ 259.00

Train Travel                                  -   £ 338.40

B&B accomodation (x 5 nights)    -   £ 190.00

Total so far                                   -   £ 787.40

And that does not incide merchandise, programmes , dodgy food and drink etc. in the chilly northern climate...

Perhaps I deserve an expansion club fan exemption on some of these charges ;)

I will also be at the double header England / Italy - England Knights / Samoa

So If anyone sees an individual in a London Broncos jacket with England Shirt (Except when its Scotland USA) It will probably be me so you might feel you want to pop over to state how much you enjoy my posts on TRL or as I would suspect probably not :rtfm:

And no attempts at humour please such as I could have bought the London Broncos for £ 787.39 less, I leave it for Mr Kleanthous to dig out his small change in that respect.....

I am an oil trader and successful at that but, but marketing, finance, business management, human resources etc are not my strengths

Being an outsider, it is easiest to see what is wrong with the sport. It's a fantastic sport that has been undersold and under-marketed  because people who run it probably want to keep it the way it is

Just PNG v France at the moment.

Also fancy the semi finals, but I'm not sure if I can make them yet.

Still, pleased to be a part of it.
