I have a couple of ideas for next season, whichever league we are playing in.

The stadium this season has been nothing short of a disgrace, now I know we don't own it and therefore we are limited to what we can do, but perhaps a group of volunteers could be set up to go to the stadium the day before a match. There role would be to make sure bins are emptied and that toilets are clean and in working order. So often this season my mum has struggled to find a working toilet, and it must impact on the match day experience of many.

Also, does the club have support in place for players wives/girlfriends as a list of players wives/girlfriends names and birthdays could ensure that flowers/small gift could be sent on birthdays so that they feel part of the club, and help towards a bond between players and club.

Just a couple of thoughts, anyone got any others ?

Sweep the stands, clean the toilets. Basics really that seem to have gone amiss.

Have noticed also the board on jockey lane hasn't had anything on it for upcoming home games for the last 2 matches.

Would like to see the Knights cease with the DR link up with Hull or any other SL club, especially if we are in C1, the seasons down there should be used to develop the younger and/or local players in the team in readiness for another crack at the Championship

Have a competition to design a knights flag and produce the product, then pick the winner, a give a prize.
Then hang all the entry's up at the back of the pop stand, to create a better atmosphere and make the pop stand ours.

Anyone cleaned the pigeon mess on the staircase leading from the stand into the bar yet?

This is all well and good but why should we be doing it . Surely we pay rent for a functional stadium and this is not . They should be doing it ?
Not saying no to helping but should we be really having to do it ?

Badger, it obviously is not being done, and even though I live 45 miles away I would come over to help improve things. Maybe the owners of the stadium are not aware of the problems, or maybe their not interested, I don't know. Hopefully we won't have this problem when the new stadium gets built. :)
