Phil Daniels (not exactly singing, but did do the vocals on Parklife)

Sting

Probably the only person with real credibility and recognition at both is John Tams

All these are/were genuinely good at both

Barbra Streissand

Barbara Dickson

Juliette Lewis

Levon Helm

Michelle Phillips

Meryl Streep is apparently a really good singer.

Michael Ball will always have the option of being a very good actor if his voice goes.

Meatloaf. Definitely starred in Fight Club - as a man who had developed a pair of large female breasts. He's also had various cameo roles in other movies. Wayne's World being one, I think?

His acting is not bad, not great, but not bad at all. His singing imo is awful.

His style is not to everyone's taste, no, but well over 40 million albums sold worldwide suggests that somebody likes him.
