Westerman over after good pass from Miller.Tickle misses goal from 10m to left of the sticks.

26-26.

Lee Radford rang me the other week....I knew Hull FC were a bit desperate but I had no idea it had got that bad.

Good effort from young lads, didn't deserve to lose. Inexperience from Powell in trying a drop on 1st tackle. Some baffling decisions as well. Would like to see Child explain why he forgot to put the clock back on for around 50 secs, before Hull's last try. Stayed at 5:03 for a full set and didn't correct afterwards. Cost us the game.

Young - check

Inexperience - check

Baffling decisions - check

Result, another Wigan "moral victory"

Aye, it's such an injustice, Wigan never benefit from the officials do they?

Franksy will start asking you about sour grapes soon.

Or maybe he won't.

We were unlucky to lose, not sour grapes at all - baffling decisions both ways - thats Child, The clock issue though was a serious one, if he forgot to turn the clock back on like it looked then the game should've been called before the Powell drop goal attempt.

Did Hull realise they weren't at Wembley any more?

Give it a rest troll. It's getting boring now. Nothing wrong with stating facts and giving an excellent performance credit despite the defeat.

Hull weren't anywhere near as bad as last Saturday. It just happened that they came up against a Wigan performance that was as good as I've seen them play in SL since about April.

Sounds good to me. There must have been some excellent performances from the young guns. We clearly gave FC a good game. Terrific win for them, and I hope it helps take away some disappointment from last week.
