Eddie starts with one of his usual hatchet jobs on Wakefield. £400k becomes "over half a million" and Tim Smith's departure is "Star players are on their way out"

This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

Hoe does Michael Lawrence get away with those ptbs? He doesn't even bother to raise his foot and step over it like almost everyone else - just rolls it. It's not touch rugby.

Jesus wept Roby, it's not like Huddersfield need your help.

It does look like young Tim doesn't want to miss out on the Giants victory party.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Well done the Giants on winning the LLS. A great achievment coming from where they started their super league life, propping up the league year after year.

Pity Wakey didn't turn up as from a neutral POV it was a dull, dull match to watch but I'm glad I stuck it out because it was great to see the chairman of Huddersfield lifting the shield.  Always nice to see passion and commitment rewarded.  Good too for the Hudds fans who have been with the club through the dark days and the trophyless years.  They must feel like partying all night!

Congratulations Huddersfield, that's definitely well deserved. I felt quite emotional watching the presentation, hopefully everyone involved with the club is experiencing a lot of happiness right now.

I'm absolutely delighted for Paul Anderson, it's great to see his success in the sport continuing.

No I don't care if you're if you're into different bands

No cause for so much hatred, I'm just a different man

Pull off that cover, I will too, and learn to understand

With music deep inside we'll make world unity our plan

I thought Trinity dug in well against a far superior and settled outfit. Anderson's got them playing well.

I just wish thy Wigan treated the LLS with more respect.

So many years of waiting, from the most dismal of days in the 70s & 80s till the club slowly picked itself out of the gutter, some tough times in Super League early on that were hard to bear but this makes tonight's efforts all the sweeter

Some people say the LLS isn't worth anything, well it is to me.
