Despite finishing in a relegation spot does anyone else feel they will be saved? My bet is the man in charge of Leeds won't want there feeder team in the bottom tier so I reckon they will survive at oldhams expense.

Might not be DR next year though from what I understand.

Well first it depends upon who qualifies for the 2nd promotion spot from C1. If it were Oldham then there may be questions about their ground but I'm not sure if the ground regulations might not be waived for next season. If it were Rochdale then there won't be an issue.

Despite GH's supposed influence he doesn't decide upon all of the rules, yet!

Ive heard Oldham may not meet ground criteria if they win the playoffs, similar with Hemel.

Barrow may also be relegated if they dont upgrade their floodlights, as that was a proviso of them being promoted last year, no upgrade done as yet.

This is the RFL - anything could happen and probably will.

I enjoyed my first trip to Barrow this season, although the temporary floodlights in the corners were a bit low  and pleased to have the opportunity to visit again next season. How much do floodlights cost btw?

Here it is , but it,s only a 1,000 capacity , championship requires 3,000 capacity to include 500 seats , I think

Barrow parted company with Darren Holt today, with him dontaing some of his severance money to the "floodlight fund"

Read into that what you will.

Nothing surprising there, Buford...

Doubtless DH is concentrating on getting well again.

And understandablyso. I wish him all the best.
