Yep. For me it highlights what a difference the head coach makes and how the directors have to get that right - hats off to Steve Gill and all.

I always had a bit of time for Millward and, even taking into account his desperately sad personal issues regarding the death of his son, he struggled at Cas clearly did not have the buy in from everyone.

I feel for Richard Agar at Trinity. He has galvanised them this season and matched what Powell has done so far across the road - but is now being repeatedly kicked in the teeth... Hope it gets sorted.....
