Totally agree with all the comments about the ground.  It is a disaster and is why I have only watched 3 games in the last two seasons (after many years of home and away support). South Wales away and Workington at home last year and Hornets at Spotland this season.  Ironically all three of those games Oldham won and in each case deservedly so.  I still think it would be a travesty if Hornets went up instead of Oldham on a playing front but the ground is indefensible.  I could have lived with it if any sign of progress had been made but there is none; Indeed it seems worse than ever and must be costing a lot in terms of lost revenue at the turnstiles.  The Lib Dem council that scuppered plans for SportsPark 2000 at Clayton Playing fields have a lot to answer for to both professional clubs in this borough.  Rant over!

Well I've ordered my tickets for the game, all that remains is to get there and back.  It could end up like Bilbo Baggins' trek but I'll be there somehow!  If any Hornets fans see me at the ground come and lend your weight to getting me out of the car will you please?
