Managed to miss the first half slaughter as I was watching the rather good Fax-Shefield game. Glad I chose to watch that. Have Huddersfield been good, or have Hull just been embarrassing?

Still, blimey. Taxi for Gentle, the Giants are back in the hunt. Semis could be interesting next week - doubt either of those will be as one-sided as this.

Lunt has to play for England. He's a class above Roby, Houghton and Higham based on this performance.

Jermain McGillvary has managed to have an impressively bad game for a team winning by 70.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Not sure you can base much on tonight's game, however ...

I rate Lunt very very highly, in some ways I think he's as important to the giants as brough

And where was Lunt last week?

That's right: nowhere.

Now which was the real Lunt?

Off the pitch for the most vital part of the game for some bizarre reason.

I mentioned three names there but I guess the first one provoked a response.

Since the middle of last season check the form of the side Lunt has been at. He has been brilliant. Earned his place in the dream team deservedly.

True, although some Giants players must of played well? Usually I say that very good sides make teams play bad. Unfortunately I cannot say that about tonight's game.

Agree with your last line though.

We are winning the 2nd half.

You mean you were winning the second half, I see you predicted the winning team right tonight OF (wait for the comeback).

Compare that with the 4-0 between Manly and the Roosters last week. I'm sorry, I can't see how anyone can argue that the SL play-offs are as intense as in the NRL. Too many teams qualify for the SL play-offs. Yes, there have been some poor teams in the NRL this year but not as many as SL.

Bring back top 5 play offs.

When has anyone ever argued that SL playoffs are as intense as the NRL?

Just finished watching it, having watched the Sheffield v Halifax match first. Eeek! Not what I was expecting. Be interesting to see what Hull are like next year after their clear out this winter.
