Following on from last Wednesday's meeting with O'Neills attended by myself, Pete Murphy and Andy Gaffney, we can report the following:-

Providing Pete can sign up the kit sponsors by the beginning of October(he is already well on with this), and the leisurewear sponsors later, the plan is to hold a 2014 kit and merchandise launch by the end of November, when Home and Away replica shirts will be available for sale. Without giving any details of the design(it's going to be a surprise!), the Adult shirts will cost £44.99 and the children's shirts will cost £34.99.

Hopefully, other items will be available on that night too.

O'Neills carry an extensive range and it would be impossible for us to stock all the items they manufacture all at once due to, quite simply, the economics of purchasing large stock. Therefore, we will be staggering the items we stock to take into account seasonal demands etc.

An example of the items they have available are Hoodies, Polo Shirts, Cotton Polo Shirts, Rain Jackets, T Shirts, Shorts, Cargo Shorts, Leisure Shorts, Vests, Baseball Caps, Ladies Fitting Replica Shirts, Match Playing Shirts(tight fit etc @£70), Mini Car Kits, Flip Flops in team colours, etc etc.

The quality of all of these items is extremely high, hence the good name that O'Neills have in the game. The beauty of it for the club is that once we have ordered what we think we can sell, there is no need for us to re-stock, as all items will be available on the O'Neills web-site, with a percentage of all sales going to the club. This way we can maximise profits, without giving ourselves cash flow problems, with money tied up in stock, as we have had in previous years.
