The ones that haven't been banned will be along shortly.

Now that's something I've not been asked before.

Are you going to have the match on later?

the Miami porpoises are running around in sumo padding and biker helmets with some Denver black lycras - commentary from Pepper and Cotton ....the refs are the best bit

Even the 'fan' ligging on the couch keeps reaching for the remote and trying to find something worth watching instead

wondering what the EGM 's at Barla 8th and RFL 9th are going to bring to the party - 10p bet that we'll get  another dose of negativity with impeccable timing before the WC

As none of these posts will be saved....I would just like to say....

Three pints of hand-pulled Tetley's?  That'll be £5.97 down the City Vaults. And the jazz band were really good last night.

I go in the City Vaults. If not exactly all the time then a fair bit. It's pretty good. That makes it pretty rare in Bradford centre these days.

What does that taste like these days?

I think the city is pretty good for pubs. Live music every Friday and Saturday at the Black Swan; folk music every Friday at the Castle, jazz every fortnight at the city Vaults; the Sparrow is Camra's top Bradford pub; the City Gent has great beer and a fantastic interior; the New Beehive has great character. On top of those you've got top quality beers in the Ginger Goose, the Lord Clyde, the Fighting Cock and the Corn Dolly. Then there's the two Wetherspoons pubs and the re-opened Jacob's Well.

One of the great things about West Yorkshire over the past ten years has been the springing up of local microbreweries and there are some really good local beers on sale in the city.

I would guess that Saltaire Blonde is now one of the most popular beers in Yorkshire.
