Having listened to the audio recording of the meeting I can't remember ever hearing Mark Sawyer sounding so positive about the future of the game and indeed the club.

This latest development must feel like a right kick in the plums to him and the other chairmen in our division.

So reading around the various comments it looks like it is a Wigan vs Leeds (Lenegan vs Hetherington) spat.

Typical of the parochial short-sighted of a few people at the expense of the sport as a whole.

Some of the stuff Lenagan has said is a joke, these proposals have been consulted on for months.

Strange that he wasn't as outspoken when he was at London.
