Is anybody else cheesed off with the suffixes that clubs have? I am sick of reading headlines such as ' Eagles swoop on Hawks' and Rhinos charge past Giants. We should all go back to what we are [or were] instead of stupid American ideas. Anybody agree or am I an old stick in the mud?

It is far better to remain silent and be thought a fool
than to open your mouth and prove that you are.

I don't think I've ever heard any hunslet fans calling us the 'hawks' we still call us hunslet or huns

I'd agree Gabby , Hunslet rlfc for me , but its what revenue Harry the Hawk and merchandise/publicity money the Hawks name brings to the club...........

Hunslet RLFC for me. We should use the original badge with the rampant lion, or the phoenix bird rising from the ashes. The hawk motif is awful.
