Hooker?

I dont think they will have a great deal of options there abd peter will be one of only a couple of the good ball handlers they have. Good luck peter.

He's an outstanding middle of the park organiser , passer and wise old head . Makes sense to get him distributing , as his running game won't be a factor at that level . He'll do the job asked of him in his usual professional , classy way . Can't think of anyone more deserving of being part of an occasion like this .

Luppy had a decent 20 mins. Was commented on that the Welsh bench gave then good go forward. He'll also be better for the hit out.

Peter did very well and didn't look out of place in the international scene. Well done Peter.

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

Peter is again showing up well playing at 7 today, if you get a full season out of him and he keeps fit, he will be an asset.
