Coventry Bear's Fabrizio Ciaurro played for Italy against England last Saturday.
Fab played in most of the Bears games this year.

To be fair, an even bigger positive is that the Italian Head Coach - CARLO NAPOLITANO - is Salford born and bred and spent all his amateur playing days at ECCLES!

Wonder if Mc Numbara found his missing jig saw piece ?

Well done to the Bears player and to Carlo great entry onto his coaching CV ,many good coaches out there if given chance to operate outside the old boys network .

Carlo is a legend Taxi and a great bloke too but don't forget that BARLA toured Italy in 2006/7/8 and they also defeated Italy in the 2000 Emerging Nations World Cup Final so surely they can claim some credit with Italy's development

Carlo is a legend Taxi and a great bloke too but don't forget that BARLA toured Italy in 2006/7/8 and they also defeated Italy in the 2000 Emerging Nations World Cup Final so surely they can claim some credit with Italy's development


And in 2011 they toured the Midlands playing Loughborough University and Coventry Bears....
