To be fair, an even bigger positive is that the Italian Head Coach - CARLO NAPOLITANO - is Salford born and bred and spent all his amateur playing days at ECCLES!

Wonder if Mc Numbara found his missing jig saw piece ?

Well done to the Bears player and to Carlo great entry onto his coaching CV ,many good coaches out there if given chance to operate outside the old boys network .

Carlo is a legend Taxi and a great bloke too but don't forget that BARLA toured Italy in 2006/7/8 and they also defeated Italy in the 2000 Emerging Nations World Cup Final so surely they can claim some credit with Italy's development
