I think it was repeated somewhere on Sky but is a Fox Sports programme......Thankfully Sky didn't make it, can you imagine the debacle?


There is a huge sense of tragedy within the documentary whilst showing that tragedy, no matter how big, can be overcome with the right attitude and commitment.


Russell Crowe came across well and the programme has further convinced me that Luke Burgess should have been in the England squad. Build a team around them just like Souths are doing!

Watched the 'Slammin Sam' documentary last night and I was just blown away. These lads are a credit to there mother and father and to the game of Rugby League.

Excellent documentary, really well made.

I never realised that they came from the Yorkshire village with such a magnificent name!
