Forgot this till now...

Chappers was waiting for the imminent arrival of the Aussie and England teams on sat in the arrival area of the stadium, but still found time to have his photo taken with two sets of the flag bearers from Maesteg and Mangotsfield Schools on Saturday.

He could easily have said no but without a seconds hesitation he did pics for both sets.

Good on him.

 

However, I did think his performance on Saturday was a bit low key.

he picked up on how well the Aussies interacted with the mascots in the tunnel pre game. Even a non RL fan at work commented on how sporting that was- RL 1, Prima Donnas 0.
