I think I prefer the official rankings.

 

I'd certainly not have Niue ranked so high. When was the last match they played? From what I can see that was nearly a decade ago

Niue played Vanuatu last month and lost 22-20.

To be fair though, considering Niue have only played one 13 a side game since 2004, and lost that, 15th place is way too high.
