Can see Tonga beating Italy, those Yanks/Aussies didn't like that did they? lost the plot a little, started to spoil it, Scotland maybe arnt the most flamboyant and skill full side, but boy they play for each other and you can what it means to them, well done Steve Mc and the team.

Oh flower of Scotland-------

Why was Brett Carter not playing tonight?

The Yanks certainly lost the plot nearly as much as that NZ video ref!!!!!!!

Brett Phillips had a solid first half and a good second half running in strongly and scored a good try off a short Brough pass.

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

Yeh see what Brett can do when someone passes him the ball ! I was getting a little frustrated that the halves kept missing him out . Don't know about Carter . Hopefully just giving some guys a game , as missing a QF v NZ if they get there doesn't bare thinking about

Agreed thought they were the better of the two sides - but will they be up for it with only pride to play for?
