This coming Wednesday (November 13th) starting at 6 p.m, there will be a Try Reading event in Wakefield Library. Try Reading is a project organised by a number of libraries in Lancashire and Yorkshire which combines encouraging people to get into reading, writing and using thier local library with giving publicity to the Rugby League World Cup.
I will be talking about how the game, both its history and my links with so many people who follow it, inspired me to write five novels: One Winter, One Spring, One Summer, One Autumn and most recently Two Seasons which is set in 2002 and 2003 with a background of Work, Family, Old Friends and Rugby League.
See the Try Reading web site for more information.

Two Seasons is now on sale in the club shop.

www.geofflee.net for news of my novels, One Winter, One Spring, One Summer, One Autumn and Two Seasons. All are written against a strong Rugby League background, set in South Lancashire and inspired by the old saying about work: "They could write a book about this place. It would be a best seller".
