St Helens burglar

Local news just reported a man from St Helens tried to break into a building in Derby by climbing down the chimney. The fireplace was bricked up.

Unfortunately he climbed down head first and was only found because the building filled with flies. Nasty.

When you say 'climbed down head first', you are effectively saying he launched himself down the chimney. Even by burglar standards, that must be up there for a Darwin.
