is there anywhere nearby to get some decent beer and nosh tomorrow night.

Whenever I've been to Wembley the place has always looked like a blighted shote hole

but I don't fancy going into London.

Which one are you at, Chris?

disques vogue

The club where Eurovision isn't a dirty word. A waltz through the leopard skin lined world of Tom Jones, Bert Kampfert and Burt Bacharach. Step out to the sound of the happy hammond and swing to the seductive sounds of the samba.

DJ's, raffles, cocktails and wide collars. Please dress smart. Gentlemen might like to wear a suit.

Same price. Same music. Same rubbish prizes.

If it's London Wembley it's at Hanger Lane, so not too sure, sorry.

Personal preference near Wembley is Harrow-on-the-Hill - a village atmosphere in London.

I'm sure if you're going with a volunteer then there will be other volunteers there too? Follow the herd!

Aye, it very similar to Fev but less bigoted, 'blighted shote hole' indeed.

There is a TGI's and a couple of other restaurants / bars just to right of Wembley Way, go under Wembley Way, next to the Hilton. The Hilton has a nice bar where you can get food too. Wembley it's self aint too good. Or jump on tube to Baker Street, not too far and not right in the middle of things.

A little tip for the Hilton.....  If you have or know somebody that has a LivingWell Gym membership then borrow or their membership card and use it when buying booze/food flash the card, and typically get 25%-40% off.

I might venture over to Baker Street. There's a few decent pubs around there. Friendly locals too in my experience.

No I don't care if you're if you're into different bands

No cause for so much hatred, I'm just a different man

Pull off that cover, I will too, and learn to understand

With music deep inside we'll make world unity our plan
