Some of you may be interested in this event being held by Wigan Council to coincide with The Rugby World Cup

Former Wigan player Phil Clarke of Sky Sports and Journalist Mike Latham are giving a talk at The Museum of Wigan Life on Tuesday 26th November.

Phil Clarke will be talking about his playing career at Wigan and the Roosters along with his role at Sky Sports.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions.

The event costs £2.50 per person including tea/coffee and runs from 12:00 - 1:15

You can book a place by ringing 01942 828128 or calling into The Museum on Library Street.

May be interesting to here his view of the World Cup. I was in a hotel with one of his Sky colleagues at the weekend and it was interesting getting his opinion.

;)

No I don't care if you're if you're into different bands

No cause for so much hatred, I'm just a different man

Pull off that cover, I will too, and learn to understand

With music deep inside we'll make world unity our plan

Phil Clarke was very entertaining and told some very funny stories and gave some great insights, Mike Latham played his usual very professional interviewer role.

His story of McGuiregate was a gem.
