I love sprouts.  Had the most gorgeous sprouts ever on Christmas Day.  Done to perfection: boiled until they just turn soft; not soggy, just slightly soft.  Wonderful!

The tradition in our house is to put our Christmas sprouts on to boil on New Years Day.

Use Christmas sprouts up by frying with onions, adding stock, blending into a soup and flushing down the toilet!
