Huge penalties for Cronulla's doping programme

The NRL have released their preliminary findings and provisional punishments for Cronulla Sharks involvement in doping. The Sharks will be fined 1 million dollars, coach suspended for a year and head of conditioning banned for life.

Just to clarify, I don't think these fines are saying that Cronulla are guilty of using banned substances, just that they didn't have safeguards in place to prevent it. The ASADA report is due soon
