Good news from Ireland

Rugby League is the latest sport recognised by the Irish Sports Council with approval of Rugby League Ireland as a National Governing Body.

This recognition will now allow RLI to further develop the sport of rugby league throughout Ireland and will also allow the organisation to apply for funding from the Sports Council.

It is great news but I thought it had happened a while back. Perhaps what I saw was them beginning the process of recognition.
