Losing 48 4 not long gone in second half can't see them winning more than a couple of games all season

Anyone know where Casey Mayberry was yesterday?

Could do with a couple of seasoned Championship players to bolster the squad and maybe Saints will lend a couple?

Start as you mean to go on is the old adage!  Hopefully we have removed most of the rust and can now move on to gelling a competitive squad.  Stepping up was never going to be easy against teams established at the extra pace and power of this division; but step up we must and quickly if this season is not to be over too soon and soul destroying.  How much time and effort can be put into training will be key, assuming that the majority of the team will be part-time, and how many of our squad have the experience at this level.  There can be no half measures - the opening league game will ensure that.
