Could be a bad choice come September ... Losing 50 odd to the mighty Keighley is pretty chilling looking ahead !

I think we all just want something in writing now , signed and sealed and publicised . Craic is juicy but we're drowning in juice ! Time for the end game . Should be good if the strings are pulled together on some of the names you hear . A sprinkle of SL quality on medium / long loan will really give a good , local squad the xfactor it needs to compete for that 6-9 region . No reason if the right recruitment comes that we can't do the job again , from what we saw below the elite there's nothing to really strike fear into you

God the players that have been mentioned the last couple of months we would be top of the league come the end of the season, I really hope we do get someone with pedigree soon as this is doing my head in.

Yes, it's got to the point where have a squad of 22 plus 25 possibles. Names just getting plucked out of a hat now, I think.

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.

Given the number of offers they'd receive from clubs in the Yorkshire area, I doubt Kain and Saxton would consider travelling all the way to Workington unless you were paying then an absolutely astronomical wage. From what I gather, Kain isn't leaving Featherstone anyway. Saxton, on the other hand....

Terminators first point is the one that came to my mind as well , but always fingers crossed because you never know what's got legs and what hasn't. .. And there's two spots we've openly said we need filling . Certainly have a go at them if possible . And 25 possibles is a very conservative estimate Keith . That's why theres hardly any merchandise , it's gone to all our new signings !!!
