Just been released by Wake.

Shame it was earlier in pre season when we hadn't recruited everyone. Would have been great for us

Bit harsh , Wakey only released him because of money. It's abit late for dewsbury to sign him we are okay for half backs but I would have been okay with him playing next season. Alot to learn but I think he will be a good signing for someone. He backed himself and wasn't afraid to try things even if they didn't come off.

Wil be surprised if he doesn't find another club soon, got the talent for championship level.

Yep. Might even come back to haunt us one day.

A little bad on Wakefield's behalf

Leaving it while the last minute to release the lad when most clubs quotas will be now full... Think we've more experience with the players obtained this season.

Would of been a good addition to our squad but like mirfield Ram says if it would of been earlier in pre season were well covered at half back this season.
He will be a good addition to someone's squad I thought he did well for us and giving time he could become one of the best half backs outside super league.

I'll wager a quid that he'll end up at Swinton.

In 40/20 magazine they were extolling the virtues of British players honing their skills in France rather than just going to play 3rd string in Australia. Seeing as his dad has a history and reputation there (probably speaking more fluent French than Richard Agar) then this might be a sensible option for the lad as well.

Failing that there's always Doncaster.
