I wonder if the full Wigan squad are off to oz and that's why they haven't released any to us yet.

I think one who was rumoured to be coming on a season loan is a definite no go as he's starting on the wing for the warriors tonight. Where do these rumours come from?

so if we are getting loans from them it will be when they return. Probably why there's been no announcements on that front

With the season so close we're SKATING on thin ice and with SNOWBOARD involvement in the transfer market we could go DOWNHILL fast, back to the bad old days when SLALOM Lager were club sponsors.

With this SKELETON squad i can see a lot of CROSS-COUNTRY defeats as well as in Lancashire at BOB'SLEIGH where Beswick's the key man.

...sorry.

Good effort.....

After watching the game tonight, now would, ent it be good if we could get that young centre that played for WIGAN on loan.

Probably just a return gesture after the game up here was called off or maybe part of the deal, sounds positive non the less

And did we sign any though?

I remember when .............................

"It is impossible not to feel a twinge of sympathy for Workington Town, the fall guys this season for the Super League's determination to retain it's European dimension, in the shape of Paris. While the French have had every assistance to survive, the importance of having a flagship in a heartland area like West Cumbria has been conveniently forgotten." - Dave Hadfield - Independent 25th August 1996.
