As part of the build up to the season can you choose your favourite Rams players over the years.
They don't have to be the best, just memorable.

Thanks :)

I agree Eaton needs to be featured. My favourite player, in the time I have been watching, was Brendan Williams.

Not going to go for the obvious ones from the trophy winning sides or the Norman smith era - these are from the less known years.

Graham Mook

Alistair Brannan

Malcolm Agar

Ernie Lowe

Mat Bramald

Kevin Crowthers

Dean Hall

On the fringes, Shane Williams, Chris Mitta and a prop from the sixties called Coates (? Ralph).

Grumpy, it was Peter Coates; he had thinning blond hair and a fair pace over a short distance as and when he deemed it necessary for it to be used.

Brian Robinson (Robby). Greatest memory of him at Wilderspool. Two on one, Robby and Mick Stivvi, Only Derek Whitehead to beat, 15 yards from Warrington line,Robby had the ball( Draw Whitehead and pass it to Stivvi!), passed it to Derek Whitehead. Whitehead went the length and scored. Stivvi not amused! :jester:

And unfortunately, his pace was best demonstrated between pubs near closing time. :( Fastest player on the Dewsbury books at the time though. :D
