Typical of Oldham's luck - Egremont away- sounds like another financial disaster!

But isn't the positive that , with no disrespect to the amateurs, it provides an excellent opportunity to progress to the more lucrative 4th round ?

Quite right 'john in oz' - I was justing taking it 'one step at a time'! It's certainly better than last year's draw.

Egremont will fancy this on their meadow.

The Oldham players will be looking forward to playing on a good track and having a shower after the match.

It was tough up there a couple of years ago but we came through eventually. We are a much stronger squad now. And as John in Oz says it's hopefully a good chance of a 4th round pay day!

Two days off outoftouchroughyed. Still think egremont would of been a tough one. The switch to Whitehaven would be in our favour ....wider pitch more space etc.

Anybody intending to travel to Whitehaven should not that this match is being played at the Copeland Stadium in Hensingham, not at the Recreation Ground.
