Tickets for the first Test in Sydney between the Holden Kangaroos and New Zealand since 2008 will go on sale to the public from 10am on Wednesday.

The May 2 Test at Allianz Stadium will be the Holden Kangaroos’ first match since their victory over New Zealand in the final of the 2013 World Cup last November.

For the first time, a women’s match featuring an All Stars team and Indigenous All Stars team will also be played as the curtain-raiser to a Kangaroos-Kiwis Test.

For the loudest and proudest Holden Kangaroo supporters, the match will also feature the Roo Crew Supporters section at the southern end of the venue. Tickets in this section start at just $35 for adults and $25 for children. Every ticket purchased includes a Roo Crew T-shirt and flag

Tickets are available through Ticketek at www.ticketek.com.au/NRLTest

The Test will be part of an exciting round of representative football that also includes the Pacific Test between Fiji and Samoa at Penrith on Saturday, May 3 – with the winner to compete in the end-of-season Four Nations tournament in Australia and New Zealand – as well as the AAMI Country-City match at Dubbo on Sunday, May 4.

As always would love your support and leadership in this universal concept for the game.

Should be good, both games. Pizza and Beer for me that night.

Surely both should be close to sell-outs.

I keep thinking Suncorp hardly gets any use by rugby league. The NRL needs to get another team or two happening into Brisbane. This will grow more support and like we have done with Origin, we will shame NSW into attending test matches as well.

Gee it;s hard to get fans to the games in Sydney.

The 105 thousand Origin tickets will be gone in 60 seconds on release next week.

We need to get our internationals selling like that as well.

These internationals and other events are wanted by other cities. Perth and Melbourne would love them, even NZ.

I am sure Brisbane Gold Coast and Townsville, even Cairns once it builds a new stadium would love to steal these events off Sydney.

The only loser will be Sydney. Losing big events.

The truth is Sydney wasnt supporting Test Match footy so it moved to more welcome homes. Newcastle, Canberra, Brisbane, Townsville and the Gold Coast. Sadly not Perth yet!

We need a sell out and a very successful return to Sydney. It will help us set up for the 2014 Four Nations and 2017 World Cup.

More Brisbane expansion news is on the way with the Brothers Bid to hold a launch next week!

BTW to increase support for Test footy and the Kangaroos, especially in Sydney is one of the key reasons the Roo Crew was created in 2005.

We need to convert those NRL club fans to being Kangaroos and Kiwis.

As you can see from the venue map, the Roo Crew will have a massive presence and it'll look amazing.
But we need the passionate fans there, organising in groups from all clubs etc.
