It was just a few years ago that Hudds got their first SL win over Bradford. How far have Bradford fallen in the meantime?

I can remember thinking 'I hope Huddersfield at least make a game of it'. Yes it was a long time ago. ...

Everybody is looking at Saints, I'm looking at the Giants and Leeds

Wolves haven't got a playmaker
Saints are at full throttle, nothing much to come there
Wigan will scrape the 8 - two years too early
Hull FC and KR underperforming
Catalans to have a better second half of the year and avoid relegation

Giants and Rhinos have depth the others already lack

Leeds CC winners, Giants v Saints/Rhinos for the GF

Cough, cough, cough, cough - however it's your opinion
Like others have posted it's Bradford they've played.
Some clubs haven't started their season yet!!

Sporting Life says 6,786, 1,561 down on last year.

11 games in the relegation zone to date average 4,539,

Same dead rubber crowds last year average 6,006

Which crowds are you comparing?

we didn't even play that well today! in patches we were very good, but for the best part we were off the pace.

good job we didn't play a decent team today

not that i'm complaining, every hammering of bradford bulls by huddersfield is very welcome by me.

This is the history of RL in Bradford. They went from 10,000 plus in 1952 to 1,000 + or - in 1962. the club is either on terrific highs or dire lows. They are on the downward slide at the moment. Let's hope Ms Khoukash or some other saviour arrests the decline and soon.

If not they can look forward to a crowd pulling derby with the Cougars.

None that you will agree upon, that's a given.

Pleased Leigh are going great for you.

At this early stage, anyone could still go down so the only comparison is between average SL crowds this season compared to the same stage last season. Bit early to make any judgements but one cannot ignore the pre-existing issues at Bradford/London as well as the attendance limit at Wakey

you mean unlike last year where bradford was the best run club and london who had to play on the road games wasnt one at a RU club and the attendance was a few hundred?

Well just for the record, There were decent numbers from Huddersfield today.

I really hope this deal goes through for the Bulls, they are a sorry team at the moment, They did have players missing but even so they were not good, Neither were the Giants special in any way, Sounds a bit strange when a team has scored so many , but they were really not impressive at all, Brough has not found second gear yet, though Robinson is making up for him.

I have many great memories of Odsal, but it is a sad place now. Probably seems worse because most other clubs are going forward ground wise The fans deserve something better in this day and age, and i hope they get it.

Does anyone still think that avoiding relegation is a mere formality and the RFL are going all out to keep Bradford up?

The RFL can't do much now. If M.Koukash buys the club I can see some mid season signings though.

My mood's notaltered since yesterday. The team tried hard but were devoid of spirit. Nobody looked as if they were actually enjoying the game.

I couldn't understand Francis Cummins' tactics ... we had  no big forwards but we kept trying to bash up the middle when facing a  powerhouse Huddersfield pack.

Our only chance would have been to chuck the ball about and stretch them, but it wasn't in the game plan.

Next week we play Hull KR, who aren't  much more talented or better equipped than us, so a safety-first game plan might be prudent. However, against all the top teams, we  should be much more adventurous.

Judgement day in your mind alone I think, but at least someone is getting a thrill out of this situation. Enjoy the victory when it comes, it’ll be like knocking away a blind man’s stick.
